[Exhibition] Phosphorus 15 - Perth Centre for Photography, Oct 21 to Nov 10.

Phosphorus 15 is a celebration of 15 years of the Photography Gallery of WA and we warmly invite you to join us for the opening on Saturday October 20, at 5:00pm.

From its humble beginnings in William St, PCP has flourished to a point where it exhibits over one hundred photographers per year in mixed and solo exhibitions.

Past members of PCP (formerly known as The Photography Gallery of WA) are invited to join in the celebrations for the fifteen year anniversary exhibition with an opportunity to reunite the network of photographers from Western Australia.

The exhibition will include renowned as well as emerging photographers who have been part of PCP’s progression. Amongst others exhibiting, artists include Toni Wilkinson, Anthony Luvera, Philip Blenkinsop, Max Pam, Tanya Visosevic, Brad Rimmer, John Austin and Roger Garwood.
Phosphorus 15 will be curated by Justin Spiers and one of the gallery’s founding members Paula Grgurich-Schewchuk.

Pet Photo Booth - Breadbox Gallery, Oct 13 - 20

Roll up to one of the most intriguing, unique and interesting photography exhibition openings this Saturday at the Breadbox gallery in James Street. Northbridge, as Yvonne Doherty and Justin Spiers welcomes you to PET PHOTO BOOTH.

"You are invited to a night of nose rubbing, head scratching, bum sniffing and (!) heavy petting..." with Pet Photo Booth, a photography project undertaken by Justin and Yvonne, who have photographed a range of interesting pets with their more 'interesting' owners in front of kitschy backdrops.

Pet Photo Booth runs from 13 Oct to 20 Oct, at the Breadbox Gallery: 221 James Street, Northbridge .
